Visa Fees
- Visa fees are non-refundable. For any visa, for any country, the visa fee is not refunded, whatever the result of the application. Embassies and consulates do not refund visa fees, and neither can we.
- “No Visa No Fee” (done-base) visas: only a few selected done-base visas are offered on a “No Visa No Fee” basis. If one of these visas is rejected, your payment is returned. We will clearly tell you before you apply if your visa falls under this offer.
Flights, Hotels, Tours and Umrah Packages
- Air tickets: refunds and date changes follow the airline’s policy. We explain the airline’s refund and date change rules before we issue your ticket.
- Hotels: most hotel bookings are non-refundable. If you need a refundable or free-cancellation room, tell us before booking and we will guide you on the available options and their cancellation rules.
- Transport, tours and Umrah packages: refunds and changes follow the rules of the hotel, airline or service provider.
We always share the refund and cancellation rules before you pay. Any charges by the provider are deducted from the refund.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance refunds follow the rules of the insurance company.
